A computer from the 1980s is a device that runs *your code*: You insert the floppy disk containing *your* code and the macine runs *that*. The machine is *your* golem.
Incrementally throughout the 90s, computers ran amore and more code that the computer-owner did not choose. the computer was turned into a device for other forces to control. Increasingly the unknown, unchosen code controlled the computer owner.
Satanic inversion: You are your machine's golem. -

One thing I have to finish:
https://x0.at/aYW2.png what i've never found is someone generating a low-color palette (95,99,256,760) thats statistically optimal for lowest-error real-world photos.
With a slightly tweaked converter with ($ecret) + error-diffusion dithering we can have a general-purpose 'hi-color' fixed palette for 8-bit indexed-color (8-bit CLUT) displays.

@allison @prettygood @mischievoustomato Does it have square-pixel braille (u2800-u28FF) glyphs? https://github.com/fcambus/spleen/issues/44
If not pls do encourage the font designer to switch to full-pixel 'braille' glyphs. Vast benefits for semigraphics, no drawbacks for blind people! (No, really!)
