I hope you find that right person. It is very tough out there and getting worse.

I'm lucky enough to have a niche with my personal work but I desperately need to expand.

Tonight I just called it quits with my longtime business partner.

Our relationship was about 80% generally friendly and about 20% toxic.

She had ideas, I implemented them over the web. She fancied herself as an elite salesperson when in truth she was pretty terrible at it. We both put in 100's of hours of time, attempting idea after idea, and no results to show for any of them.

It's been over 5 years now and all my motivation and energy for it has just tanked. With personal, web and car projects stacked up, I estimate that I should clear my schedule by June so I need any extra time that I can get.

I don't hate her, and I know she'll be upset about this. So as a favor, can I ask you guys to send her a few quick mental well-wishes that she'll find success in her endeavors?

I use different browsers based on what I'm doing, Work / Banking and similar / Social Media & generic.

I used Chrome for the Social Media Stuff. Can you all recommend an alternative so I can get away from Chrome completely?

A one direction approach isn't enough though, when govt and all these corps have multi-layered strategies.

#Threads is an app trying to play nice with the Fediverse while attempting to keep all of its corporate shenanigans intact, and keep full control out of the people's hands. Typical.

There's this other place, actually many other places. It's called the #Fediverse where you are not funneled into corporate algorithms and have full control of what you want to see.

I love how he continuously plays the "former president" or election interference card. That's long past working.

Hopefully various prosecutors, DA's and lawyers are starting to wake up as to how dangerous he is. We need a docket of charges on him that's busting at the seams.
