That’s probably what you’re experiencing. It’s less of a problem with the protocol but more like conventions set by the current implementations with the widest adoption.

People always defend #capitalism as just being the natural order of things. If #nature was anything like capitalism, there’d be only one big fat tree in a forest. One lion killing all the other animals, no matter if they are hungry or not. Nature has an intrinsic idea of coexistence that capitalism completely lacks. Instead there’s just dominance and control.

Sweden’s reactionary christ-democrats (KD) want to take away my right to vote since they fear it could make a difference. People voting on what affects their lives threatens politicians’ affairs. Can’t make that up.

@thomasfuchs it’s a total game changer for the hiking community and kills Garmin‘s inReach feature. Admittedly that’s just a tiny community not worth looking at from Apple‘s perspective. I guess
