@devinprater that would be awesome, I have always wanted someone to describe the entirity of Dragonball Kai. I have hte unsensored version in full, but paying someone to professionally describe thewhole series is too expensive.

@graydon @clacke @pezmico Oh for sure, I believe nuclear to be the turning point in finding a nice renewable energy source that doesn't completely harm our environment, even better if we can either illiminate nuclear waste from being a problem by finding a way to use it, or we find a way to perform stabalized cold fusion which is completely different from the Tokomac model of Fusion that is being tested currently, point is, nuclear is only a net positive in comparison to solar, wind, and of course, fossil fuels, but the risks are still harmful and shouldn't be downplayed, but the rewards are incredible if we can figure it out before the earth gets too hot for us to do anything about.

@graydon @clacke @pezmico Although, that being said, I fear it is coming to a point where its already too late and the effects of our use of Fossil Fuels are coming to bite us all in the butt as it were, leading us down a path of ultimate distruction. Ironically, YuGiOh 5DS had a plot similar to this, as there Perpetual Motion Machine that ran on Cincro energy lead to inversion, thus destroying Domino City and creating the events that would bring about the end of the world up to that point and ultimately create a distopian future, thus creating a vector for Yusei and his friends to save it before it could happen again, except for in the real world, we dont' have time travel and we can't undue what has already been done.

I just followed a lot of people on here, you know why? Because they all add alt-text to the pictures that they post or love #Accessibility. For me, if you do both your an instant follow.

Then again, I heard that some manufacturers are awesome and do make computers where the BIOS software does have a dedicated TTS for the software itself, so its not like It can't be done.

It would be cool if there was a standard that all BIOS software contained even a basic TTS even if it had to come directly from the sound chip on peoples' computers because its such low level software, I hate having to get sighted assistance just to do things like change my boot priority or things like that in an emergency.

I know this wil probably be a longshot, but honestly at this point, I'm putting it out there for anyone who is a#coder. For the past almost 2 years, my team and I have been working on a project to make #YuGiOh accessible to the blind. We started by taking an open-source visual client and addign accessibility to it. The project is strong and while small, our community is growing to be a great place for blind people to learn how to duel and also make great connections. My post concerns the client, as so far, we really only have 1 coder working to make the project a success, and I know that he's definitely quite busy. This was a volunteer type of thing from the start, and I know he's taking of his time to make this a success, but I know he could use some help. Please, if you know #C-Sharp or anything like it, reach out to me, we need help. The project is open-source and the code is literally ready for modification if needed, we just don't have anyone else who knows how to code. Anything would help honestly at this point. Like I said, I know this is a long-shot, but I wouldn't be putting this out there if I didn't believe we could make the project a success. Would be nice if you also knew about screen readers and how they work, but we'll take anyone at this point, screen reader experienced or not, Hell, our coder even now wasn't before the project started.

I feel like most people want billionaires dead because they are envious of the money they can’t have, so instead of thinking about human lives being lost in a sub, they literally essentially wish death upon these people just because of there financial status, and I feel like that is absolutely wrong to do and should be condemned.

@neotoy Also, just because they make a lot of money doesn’t mean that you or anyone is entitled to have even a cent out of these people, I work hard in my own right and am able to afford my luxuries due to my hard work, these people did the same whether good or bad, they should indeed be able to enjoy there lives, and just like the rest of us who don’t reveal our financial status, bashing them for there status is 100% wrong, uncalled for, and wouldn’t happen to anyone else. And No, I am not anywhere close to being even a millionaire.

Okay... so I did some looking and there are indeed non-alcoholic bars out there, there is one called Binge Bar in D.C. It seems really awesome from what I can tell and seems to be going strong. 506 H Street Northeast for anyone who is looking for a non-alcoholic bar.

I wanted to find one because I know that once I take my meds again, alcohol will be definitely off limits as Alcohol and Adderall mix badly together, but I still want to go to the bar if possible, so this seems like the best solution for me.

I had heard about there being non-alcoholic bars now due to the counter-cultural shift, but I don't know where to find one. Any ideas? I live near D.C. #Food #Bars #Counterculture

@Yukari Here's what I'd ask though, how would you know a person is white or not if they don't post a profile picture of themselves? Like, it doesn't matter to me if your white, black, or whatever else because I can't see, but this dynamic that people won't follow white people, like is that not racist also?
