Mastodon made me do it: Inspired by @jerzone and @LillyHerself mentioning him the other day, this afternoon I rode out looking for a couple of Andrew Goldworthy's pieces from his 20+ year old Sheepfolds project. The published grid references were a nonsense, but the old map made sense and managed to find them.
One was, I imagine, pretty much as built, but nature had rather taken over the other. #cumbria #scupture #cycling

@ascentale @bobjonkman @bikenite A2 #BikeNite I run tubeless, so will carry bacon strips and/or dynaplugs/WTB rocket plugs for if a hole won't seal. I'll usually leave these in place 'forever' but will sometimes do a proper repair with either mushroom plugs or cement and patches. I needed to patch a patch the other week.
When running tubes I'd replace them out on the ride, but then repair once home. Using proper cement and patches and not the self-adhesive things.

@Neil @ascentale @bobjonkman @bikenite Cleaned with brake disc cleaner and then very lightly roughed up: I think you want to keep as much rubber (rather than thread/casing) in contact with the adhesive. I had to stitch this one up first as well.
