@skinnylatte after watching Muay Thai on TV, my wife got mildly interested.

But I see bad reviews about Muay Thai venues, stating that they are tourist traps.

I guess only the upscale venues are worth the time and money, e.g. not in Phuket. Is my guess correct?

I had never tried robusta, as we only had arabica in Venezuela and it is illegal to grow robusta in Costa Rica.

It's a very different flavor profile

@skinnylatte hi there! I've been on a trip to Thailand during the last 10 days and it's been very hard to find decent coffee.

I'm not asking for v60 or other filter methods, but just a plain espresso that is not brewed with beans too dark to be enjoyable.

Is this "the normal" in South East Asia? 🤔
