I feel there is more to this than meets the eye…

What kind of FUCKING STUPID desktop environment allows you to drag a window so its top bar is off the screen, meaning you can't access the buttons you need to move or resize it. So you end up killing the process and reloading it.

I have bought a new cheapo home server (mini pc thing, 16G RAM, Alder Lake CPU) and I'm going to have another stab at HomeAssistant.

I just utterly hate myself don't I?

Not content with wasting my time last night re authenticating an account I have contractual and moral right to use, this morning Netflix forced me to “find out more” about how I could share the account with someone outside the household “for just £20.98 a month”. As in, before I could proceed to Netflix I had to go through this shit. Once again, fuck you Netflix. Piracy is a better experience than this.
