   Have you tried the old alt-left button to move the entire window without having to click on the top bar tho?

     What kind of FUCKING STUPID desktop environment allows you to drag a window so its top bar is off the screen, meaning you can't access the buttons you need to move or resize it. So you end up killing the process and reloading it.
