Mastodon has a lot of former twitters thinking they can still "tweet" their nonsense, and it makes them feel "Holier than thou" for the rest of us.

@BeAware I think it's an ego problem. Some (or many) seem to think this platform evolves around them. So they feel they can act however they want. As if they own the platform. I Have run a few in the past 2 weeks since I have joined.

What gets me is when you reply to one of their posts, they rudely tell you to stop!

Uh this is a public platform. If you don't want people to reply or boost your posts, maybe it's time to get your own instance!

Even better, some won't even get back to you when they say they will. Promise made....promises broken.

@BeAware I used to watch the early days of the WWE (then it was the WWF).

Do you remember Jake "The Snake" Roberts? Ricky Steamboat, Virgil? The Iron Shiek?

Just to name a few.

@BeAware Ric took on Andre in the early days, before it was even called WWE...it was called the WWF (World Wrestling Federation). Of course the World Wildlife Federation took Vince to court, because they were in copyright infringement over the "WWF". Vince lost and was forced to rename and rebrand it the WWE, in which we know today.

@BeAware My money is on Roman Reigns to win the Men's Royal Rumble. I think Cody Rhodes has a good chance against Kevin Owens.

I may watch the Women's part of the Royal Rumble.

I don't have a problem sharing my profile picture. I wasn't doing it for clicks or anything. I just wanted people to know, I am not some bot. Lol

@BeAware Yes, I do the same. It's almost as if they think the platform involves around them. And only to them.

That's why I just reply and follow, and boast, those who truly deserve it. The rest can screw themselves.

@BeAware I try to reply back when someone asks me a question. Or just a general question that needs attention.
The sad thing is, they don't bother to reply back.

It kind of beats the purpose to even reply in the first place, doesn't it?

I don't have a problem replying back. But have the courtesy of letting the person.

I just hope that this platform doesn't go down that #Twitter routine where no one bothers. That was one of the reasons why I left that platform in the first place.
