What Causes Autistic Burnout?

I have talked before about autistic burnout, how it manifests, and ways that people can cope with the symptoms. Well, this topic is on my mind again! (Don't worry, I am doing fine personally, but I am working on a continuing education course on supporting autistic adults experiencing autistic burnout.) Anyone dunking on Gus Walz for his disabilities is a garbage person who can fuck off into the sun, and anyone defending him with "He's allowed to cry because he's disabled" can equally fuck off. He's allowed to cry, full stop. We all are.
