Having racist rhetoric that has some similarities to Hitler's racist rhetoric doesn't automatically make him a fascist. In my understanding a politician is a fascist if he wants to establish a fascist regime. What exactly makes you think Trump wants to establish fascism in the USA?

I would argue that Cuba for instance has a far superior system. North Korean socialism has degenerated massively over the decades, to a point at which the word "socialism" was even dropped from the constitution entirely. The country nowadays shows strong signs of a kleptocratic hereditary monarchy and it is all but clear, how much of the once neat social system is still intact.

Got you. But anyway, let me give an example: I guarantee you, that the German rail workers striking last year or the Austrian pilots striking two years ago (to name only two relatively insignificant strikes in recent years) each shook the capitalist class much more than the killing of said CEO. Because they were real displays of working class power, the results of (peaceful) organizing. They cost profits massively and are just a glimpse of what e.g. a general strike could do.

I'm convinced successful organization of the working class shakes and worries the ruling class much more than a singular incidence of killing a CEO. So I might have argued on a different level than you meme does, but my point stands. Apart from mass media hyping this topic for views, I'm convinced the ruling class rests quite assured, that this is an isolated phenomenon - at least for now. They're just gonna up their security standards a bit and continue business as usual.

As much as I have no compassion for that CEO and no hard feelings for Mangione, I anyway tend to disagree. There is no alternative to organizing the working class, no shortcut to revolution. You can drop the "peaceful", but organization of the masses is key. Just look at the what RAF achieved - or better didn't achieve - with their radical revolutionary impatience in Germany. Again, not that I have any sympathy for their targets, but this is just not the path to revolution.
