I would argue that Cuba for instance has a far superior system. North Korean socialism has degenerated massively over the decades, to a point at which the word "socialism" was even dropped from the constitution entirely. The country nowadays shows strong signs of a kleptocratic hereditary monarchy and it is all but clear, how much of the once neat social system is still intact.
