One of the 1st things you're taught is that you're responsible and accountable for your own choices and actions, and not for the choices and actions of others.
Watching people desperately try to flip that around is concerning.
Assuming, we have another election, think for yourself. That is how other people vote outside the USA. They do not think about how others will vote, they vote for the person and things they want. We're in this mess today, because many of you fail to think for themselves. There are other nations with two parties too, and they do not have these problems either. No excuses. Think for yourself.
My list of digital service providers, outside US-jurisdiction, now includes a new category, "File Hosting". This category is to replace providers such as, Drop Box or Google Drive, for example.
When I was on Reddit, many years ago, and stuck inside because of COVID, I very much enjoyed watching Mia Makes Music.
When she started, Reddit still had online streaming. And she was very unsure of herself and while she could play the piano, she would get nervous. Today, it was good to enter her Twitch Stream, and she still remembers me as the person who believed she could do it.
She's LIVE right now. I encourage everyone to check her out. (I am known as G0d666 on Twitch).

🔏 Privacy Focused E-mail = NOTE: Proton was rejected, because they fall under US-jurisdiction.
You don't keep some of it because of "reasons". If you've got "reasons" you're part of the problem.
No one said, defeating Nazis would always be easy or convenient. Sometimes doing the right thing is hard and inconvenient. Nazis know this, and so they try to play you. Don't be played.
Naturally, making this list is not easy. These are two types of companies I avoided in making my list.
1) Those who actually fall under US-jurisdiction because they are based or owned by a company in the USA.
More than often, I will stumble over a company that appears to be outside the USA, but later find they are owned by another corporation based inside the USA, and so they do fall under US-jurisdiction.
2) Those who voluntarily give up their sovereignty to the United States. The 2nd type, who voluntarily gives up their sovereignty in the way of US jurisdiction, have whole sections of their terms concerning US Laws and US based customers. If a fascist government says jump, these people will ask, how high?!
I encourage people to scrutinize my list. The old saying, "trust, but verify", is something I believe in.
" I am pretty sure, WhatsApp does not spy on people" Oh, really? 🤣
Uninstall every Meta app, except for WhatsApp (keep it) and put your phone down on the table. Talk to someone face to face about, "Nintendo" for an hour, and then open WhatsApp, and watch all the ads for "Nintendo" generate.
We spy on you even when you're not using our apps. What do you think we do with your text?! 🤷♂️
Ultramarines Linux's new installer is written in Rust.
It is created as a replacement to Red Hat's Anaconda installer for Ultramarine Linux after the development heard many complaints about the poor UX design of Anaconda, and the lack of working alternative installers for RPM-based distributions.
Many people, myself included, dislike China's government. Until recently, China (along with Russia) were the only major nations trying to claim everyone's territory. The democratically, independent nation of Taiwan, for example, along with every other nation on its boarders. There is also the fact that China has little or not respect for international copyright laws. And, of course, there is the complete lack of freedom concerning news, information, and speech.
But I refuse to believe a lot of it has to do with racism. I don't know anyone who dislikes the people.
It seems anytime China does something better, someone claims it may be a national security concern, and implies that perhaps the technology should be blocked.
Of course, AI, is going to monitory you. That is how AI learns. It is how Google Gemini and Microsoft's Copilot and Open AI, learns, too. Now, suddenly out of nowhere, DeepSeek doing the same thing, only better, is a "privacy" and "security" concern.
Translation: They cannot compete in a free, open market, so we will block the competition. 🙄
The Fediverse, the social network you're using to avoid Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, or Blue Sky, is managed by real people, and not corporations. These real people, your administrator, pay for hosting so that you may share your thought, feelings, or just randomly sh-t post.
If you're financially able, take a moment to reach out to your administrator, and ask if they need help. Even a little bit can help.
If you have not yet noticed, you are going to be targeted and conditioned to believe being a minority, women, LGBTQ, Trans, or progressive, is something you need to "work on".
You will soon notice (if you have not already), certain types of posts, including Facebook's AI posts, will follow a very selective worldview, and will be put more front and center. That includes the type of advertising you will be exposed.
