I cannot imagine experiencing the world from 2015 to 2025, all the racism, all the transphobia, all the war crimes, all the deaths, all the nazis, all the blatant blatant corruption

And then being like "They cancelled Kimmel? This is the canary in the coal mine."

Where the fuck have you been?

@TFFPrisoner @snigdha We'll never know because Democratic Party fixers convinced people like Buttigieg and O'Rourke to drop out in March and rally support behind Biden to stop Bernie from gaining more votes, but I think most Democratic voters would have gone for Bernie because his policies were and still are popular

@snigdha 1/2 Anyone that I think would be better is my own opinion. If Biden had kept his promise to be a one term president earlier, the dems could have run a primary. If the dems had let the primaries in 2020 go by without consolidating behind Biden, we could be in a second Sanders term. Going back even further, if the dem party had stopped racist redistricting and gerrymandering, or the anti-democratic electoral at any time in the last several years, votes would be generally more fair

@snigdha Democrats didn't offer a meaningful alternative to Trump. Kamala supports the genocide in Gaza and Israel expansionism, supports cops over Black Lives Matters protesters, when pushed on trans people, she said she would leave it up to state laws, essentially abandoning trans people in red states. If the dems had put forth a popular candidate with popular policies, progressives would have come out in droves to support, instead they ran center right "We won't do what they do," campaign.

So many lib takes right now are like

"Yes, Harris supports burning Palestinian civilians alive in hospital tents, and yes, she said she wouldn't stand up for trans people in red states, and yes, she supports police over Black Lives Matter, and yes she's been courting conservatives and abandoning progressive principles and it might cost her the election, but voting for her is the ethical, adult thing to do to stop America from becoming a fascist country."

    Bestie, listen, you're already there
