Israël heeft bijna tien jaar lang het Internationaal Strafhof ondermijnd om te voorkomen dat de Palestijnen hun recht konden halen. Als gastland van het Hof is Nederland verplicht een strafrechtelijk onderzoek te starten. Dit te meer daar ook de Nederlandse wet is overtreden.
