I say this as someone who used to be a waiter and made six figures BECAUSE of tips-

Tipping is bullshit.

SOME lucky people make a gigantic amount of money.

Most don't, and it puts the cost of labor on the CUSTOMER instead of a business just actually paying their employees.

You could use the justification that some places can't afford it but...

If you can't afford to pay your employees a decent wage, then maybe you shouldn't have a business.

I am not that religious, but militant #atheism is the most annoying thing on Earth.

You'll say you believe something, and they'll immediately start trying to apply #science logic to #spirituality to try to disprove you.

They fail to see that they are two completely separate ideas, and trying to use science to disprove #religion is just as foolish as saying science is heretical and refuting it for religion.

They aren't mutually exclusive, and you can embrace both.

@HistoPol Eh, I'll take being anxious over the massive pain of having a hole in the back of your mouth causes.

@HistoPol They gave me pain killers.

Which are helpful but I also used to be an opioid addict so now despite being high, I'm anxious.

So I've had a tooth extraction before, and it wasn't comfortable but It also wasn't particularly painful. Kinda just a bunch of uncomfortable pressure.

This time they didn't use enough numbing or something, and I feel like I just got tortured by the mob.

I had two roots removed from teeth that had rotted away, one wisdom tooth and a tooth it took with it. I tanked the pain as I just wanted it over and done with, but that was definitely not how that was supposed to go.

I had the dumbest conversation of my entire life.

I told someone how #tariffs work, specifically that they are charged to American companies, and are essentially a tax on them which turns into a tax on the consumer when the company raises prices, and don't make money.

They told me I was wrong, and then I sent them the #wikipedia link which said what I said.

They told me Wikipedia was liberal #propaganda and couldn't be trusted.

I gave up and blocked them

Now including #california who is stating that he did not actually have the power to impose the tariffs he did, and they're trying to essentially void them.

Then federal judge James Boasberg has probably cause to find Trump in contempt of court.

On top of judge Xinas about to do the same over #kilmarabregogarcia.

Harvard is suing too, over DEI issues.

This is insane.

Well I finally know what's wrong, in the words of the doctor himself after an MRI-

"Yea, you're gonna be here a few days because you have possibly the biggest abscess I've ever seen figure out how to get into a lung,".

At least he had a sense of humor,I get a better room, and a more comfy bed now.

Also slightly terrifying.

It's illegal to offer any kind of incentive in Wisconsin to encourage voting. You don't even have to pay it out, just the offer tweet counted, and the STATE DEM PARTY THEMSELVES called him out...

And will be seeking legal charges, either lawsuit or straight up felony charges.

If it's the state convicting, president can't pardon. Governor has to.

So #ushavance is now NO LONGER going to #greenland as the travel agency involved said she is not welcome with them.

Then #vance had reps canvas house to house, and business to business trying to find a place for them to stay, and not a single person let them.

I love this, as #maga folks were talking up a storm about how Greenland wanted to be part of the #usa

Now the trip is cancelled, and there is no way to spin it that they do want this!

I don't usually cover war topics as it is very far from what I usually like to talk about, and prefer advocating for #peace usually.

But I do pay close attention to what is actively happening on the front line of #ukraine and shamelessly like active #war and #drone footage.

#russia is so out of equipment they are using donkeys and civ cars to transport stuff.

Usually gets blown up by INSANE drone pilots.

I feel sorry for the donkeys. The men too, but they chose that.

I've gotten a bunch of recent comments from #elonmusk fans saying that I was wrong, because #tesla stock has been rising lately after I made a video stating it will only exist still if they fire Elon.

I guess they dunno anything about stocks, as that is only from panic selling and short sellers betting against Tesla.

Not surprising though as most of them also dunno how to diet or shave their neck beards either.
