You've tested positive for everything.

Go test one of your backups. Check it last happened when it should have. Do a restore. Did it work? Was it the right file and date? Can you restore arbitrarily? Do they go back far enough for you?

Now go delete everything you haven’t backed up. Does that idea scare you? Then you need more backups.

When you realise the cool grey stripe you picked up isn't actually a stripe, but you're going grey only on one side, split right down the middle.
