    @tiagojferreira tem um material que foi citado na reuniao do dinheiro publico codigo publico da uniao europeia com os casos de sucessos, depois eu vejo se acho... talvez seria legal reunir esse materiais e o que surgiu das mudanças dos governos da europa para fazer isso para o Brasil
