I'm diving deeper into Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and I'd like to find some good ole books, you know those things made out of paper that you can read from.

Any suggestions?

@BeAware I have the same fear and people who say things like this I usually don't like.

I'm looking for free software that does video and audio editing. I don't really need any fancy features, I basically want to do the following:

* take a video track (with optional audio)
* take an audio track
* adjust the timeline
* merge them together (throwing away the bad audio)
* maybe add some fade-in and fade-out

Suggestions?

This is Yuri. He'll be 7 in March (we think, since we don't have his full story). He's a rescue dog from Transylvania in Romania. I've had him almost four years now. He was very skinny when we got him and confused. He's had some rough times and still have issues due to trauma in his life, but we're working on it together!

He likes to sit on the bench on the balcony when the sun is out. This is one of the best pictures I have of him.

@aral Sup Aral? Have you written anything around what your streaming setup looks like? I'm curious about trying it out a bit myself but I don't want to take the twitch route.

@aral I'm really impressed by your persistence and attention to details. I can tell there are many hours behind kittens. Can I ask you what browser you're using while making the streams?
