I founded Disquiet.com in 1996 at the intersection of sound, art, and technology. Since 2012 I've moderated the Disquiet Junto, a community of weekly music/sonic projects. I publish the email newsletter This Week in Sound, and I've written for Nature, Boing Boing, The Wire, Pitchfork, and NewMusicBox, among other periodicals.
