@icedquinn@blob.cat The gods of lightning will do their best to smite u. Hope ur ready to make tons of lightning attractors. Also you won't be able to connect the various continents until Aquilo unless you get REALLY lucky
@mischievoustomato@mitra.taihou.website Apple devices are far too expensive for what they do and are not at all repair-able, which is unfortunate because my first home apple device is actually really nice for what it is (mac mini m2)
#factorio#spaceage I engineered a rather basic power generation blueprint for use on folgora today, as I got tired of relying on lightning strikes for any of my bases to function
It took a couple of iterations to get functional, partially due to space constraints and partially due to me having no experience in circuit networks.
I was able to produce a satisfactory result in the end: 104MW of steam power generation with 4 heating towers.
The preferred fuel source is Solid Fuel, as that can be found naturally and easily on Fulgora by recycling Scrap.
The string 'should' be attached as a text file. If it fails, I will reply with a file created manually.
@icedquinn@blob.cat I have my own personal experience with almost exactly the same thing, achieving ranking(s) in starcraft 2, as said above.
None of the mental overhead you're performing was necessary for me to make it to platinum rank. I simply played the game. I reviewed replays. I sought advice and did my best to incorporate feedback.
You know what I didn't do? I didn't throw away 2 spoons when 1 would suffice. I didn't tell myself I had to memorize every counter, the TL wiki, or whatever other subjective thing someone that isn't me says is necessary.
You are faking yourself out in regards to enjoying something, and wasting spoons while doing so. At least, that is my opinion.
@icedquinn@blob.cat The opinion of people who have removed fun from their game is of little relevance to whether or not you're having fun.
I would hazard a guess that most people that play SC2 don't even touch multiplayer; they do co-ops and custom maps exclusively because they're there to have fun.
@icedquinn@blob.cat People will always remove the fun from (game) in order to improve (skill). Unless you're trying to """go pro""", just play for fun.
