    Loving the parallax scrolling effects that the grass has in this battle scene... you know, people have actually tried converting things like this into MUGEN stages in the past - I don't really think there's enough here to make an entire stage out of, but the grass could easily be mixed with stuff from another game to make a stage floor.

    Might consider whipping something up in IKEMEN later if the mood ever hits... IF.

    Spending some time jumping back into an old translation patch I haven't used in years... back when I first started switching everything over to Mesen S, I kept SNES9x around because I had read at some point that Mesen S didn't play nice with this patch (and maybe a few others).

    Mesen2 evidently addressed the issues of its previous incarnation(s), because it's been damn near perfect thus far.
