Like Michael Weissman seems to be totally oblivious to his surroundings, and his motivated search results happen to be wrong, but at least he puts his thoughts together into a coherent-ish argument complete with stepping back into the mathematical prerequisites required for a lot of people to understand it. there are python packages that would fail this that i've seen
i would add
* uses cython script as part of its install process rather than regular python install procedures
