Wow, I've read an article on Babboe bikes being blocked from selling within the Netherlands because the NVWA was noticed of frames breaking. This was reported to Babboe several times as well but it was not fixed, nor were authorities notified. Now they have to fix it and show detailed technical aspects to the NVWA to be able to sell in the Netherlands again. On the Babboe website they are like: We completely stopped selling bikes because we forgot to send the NVWA info's about the bikes security

@reikableu hey, sorry, all I could do was blocking the main spam sources and registration domain(so the spammer has it harder to register here) but the spammer just registers elsewhere. This is a new dimension of spamming mastodon which will hopefully be over soon. I keep an eye on admin channels for possible mitigations.

@kromonos jop, Rechtsgrundlage Absatz 1 des § 858 BGB: Wer dem Besitzer ohne dessen Willen den Besitz entzieht oder ihn im Besitz stört, handelt, sofern nicht das Gesetz die Entziehung oder die Störung gestattet, widerrechtlich (verbotene Eigenmacht). Aber dann hab ich bald täglich so nen Abschleppwagen hier rumhantieren, ich machs lieber per Postweg, das es in der Knippe entsprechend weh tut wenn man an dem Verhalten nichts ändert.

I have a private parking spot I'm renting which is visibly declared as such, but people keep illegaly parking there. I'm thinking about putting a letter onto their windshield telling them to stop parking on my spot, otherwise I'll be dropping cease and desist letters. I want the world to be a happy place and don't want to be an asshole but damn this is annoying and bothersome. I've rented the place here with a parking spot and if they haven't, thats not my issue really.

Purged the backlog down to 5,7 Million preview cards, it is tediously slow but still exhausts the postgres db.
