    I always get animals from shelters but a couple months ago a feral that I had been feeding outside came to my door all chewed up. He's been here 2 months and has healed up well. Im surprised how friendly he is, especially with the other male cat in the house. He is set to be neutered the 16th and hopefully will tame his howling like a dog. Point Im getting at for the OP is animals are very responsive to human emotion and character. Be kind and they will be kind too!

    Tesla's prototype and demonstration model of his A/C Induction Motor is quite basic in design and should be easy to reproduce. However, there are no dimensional or specification drawings or information available. But, from reading Tesla's books and doing a little reverse engineering by photograph I have made a drawing and a plan.

    Though this is something I would normally program and cut on a CNC in a few hours, I sold my shop a few years ago. So we're going "old school" with a drawing, layout on metal and drilling with a basic press. Cuts will be by hand saw. The Field and Rotor cores will consist of 15 low-carbon steel plates. So it is essential to consistently locate the hole points for each plate.

    This is mostly an exercise, a self-challenge and also a series of lessons in basic metal working I will be teaching this Spring/Summer.

    @SMetzeler jews are so great the longest they have held onto an empire is 80 years, even when god handed one to them. So smart in fact that they have been kicked from 109 countries over 1100 time in the past 2300 years. Amazing people who have a high rate of genetic disorders, such as schizophrenia, due to inbreeding and can't even properly digest milk. Here is Lord Rothschild explaining how they "keep it in the family". Oh yes, the world needs more genetic freaks of nature. 😂
