If you're selling now and you don't need liquidity in the near-term, then you're committing to your losses. You'd be buying high and selling low, the opposite of what you'd want to do; or in the best case you wasted your time and liquidity. If you continue to buy in a DCA fashion, it's basically like there's a big sale going on for a while. You end up in the same place at the end, but you pay less along the way.
If you *do* value liquidity now, that's another story.
