Connecting the #Watchy to WiFi was pretty easy. Didn't have to use the buttons to type in an SSID & password. It broadcasts its own AP, so I could set it up in a browser.

NTP worked, but the timezone is 4 hours out.

Oh well! Lots to play with.

Turns out, the only Micro USB cable I have left is from… a BlackBerry!

Mmmm! Low processor power, monochrome screen, clacky buttons. Perfect!

Thanks to @ben I have learned how to recompile my watch's firmware so it shows the correct time.

OMG! I just compiled and uploaded my own custom watch face using #Arduino!

(Work in progress, obviously.)

OK! The #watchy is powered up and displaying stuff!

Now to properly assemble it.

Got to say, the #watchy is *very* fiddly to assemble. Nerves of steel and a steady hand are required.

I love the æsthetic - but the case has no water resistance and doesn't have *any* protection for the fragile eInk screen.

That naughty fellow @revk is *such* an influencer!

I want a JavaScript *only* comment plugin for my website. I don't want to deal with storing comments, registering users, or anything like that.

I just want to stick a line or two of JS in my HTML and be done.

I've been using https://intensedebate.com/ but it looks like that's on its last legs.

Ideally I'd like something #OpenSource friendly and at least vaguely #privacy focused (so not disqus!).

Needs to work with multiple login providers.
