Sadly this will have a detrimental impact on the better uses such as analysing science data, or in fact medicine where biosies can be analysed by a computer along side a medical professional team.

This is clearly the new diplomacy of 2025, threaten a country with taffifs until you get what you want. This is NOT diplomacy to me, it is bullying and intimidation. Trump will now use this to get everything he wants, we are sleepwalking in to a very dangerous world, or we are already there.

I would agree, social media feeds can get far too cluttered, I would much prefer to have a site with the learning materials on, of course feel free to utilise social media ( such as mastodon ) for more social stuff etc.

They are useless full stop, response to violent video that inspired the Southport attack is to 'ask' or 'request' social media giants to remove them. Rather than constantly being nice to them, it is TIME we just TOLD them to remove the videos or face huge fines or maybe even being blocked from operating in the UK juristiction.

Then actually back up the threat with actual prosecution.

Along side that, the government could simply stop using these platforms and move to the fediverse, it would hit big tech were it hurts the most (profits)could encourage others to move here. Then IF and only IF things improve start to move back to big tech in the future, or maybe simply not at all.

If Gazans should go and live in other countries due to looking like a demolition site, perhaps the displaed people from LA made homeless by the fires, shoud go and live in I dunno Mexico.

This may sound a dumb question, but what is a stencil? over here in the UK, it is a piece of material, can be card,plastic or metal with a shape, latters or numbers cut in to it. You then use that to draw the required shape.

Now this looks like something that may have been drawn with a stencil, does the word have a different meaning in US and UK English or in GB English does it also refer to what is produced.?
