My workplace, a public library, had a burglary happen. Cleaning crew came in and took a bunch of the computers and electronic equipment after hours. A special hell is reserved for people who steal from a library

Tomorrow is my oldest daughters birthday. She turns 10 years old. She is currently going through a psychiatric crisis as OCD symptoms have emerged 48 hours ago and are extreme. She is completely debilitated and unable to function in her day to day life. I can not tell you enough just how devastated I am as I try to stay strong and help to provide some semblance of normalcy for her.

I got the part time library job WOOOOOO!

So my kids went trick or treating last night and our neighborhood is kind of split down the middle between voting for Trump or Harris (via the lawn signs) and I noticed 2 things

1. If you had a Trump sign, you were either not giving out candy or you left a bowl on your porch.

2. If you had a Harris sign, you were out there being community focused. One gave candy & books, another gave warm cider to the adults. One had free dog pets, candy and homemade soaps for adults

MMOs, stop with the real-world holiday events. I want unique cultural events that are true to the world and on times that are not around real-world holidays please. Please.

@powersoffour Oh my Gosh, my oldest can not stand violence in the slightest. She gets so sad. My youngest though.... she's ready for that game. My goodness.

My kids learned there is a video game based off of the Netflix show Battle Kitty and they want it desperately. I will acquiesce for Christmas, but I don't have the heart to tell them about Licensed games.
