The branding policy of Amazon has caused a lot of trouble for the USPTO too. Resellers (companies that stamp a brand on generic products or simply unbranded products) are overwhelming the USPTO with trademark applications to create brands using strings of random letters.

The reviews are talking about different products. They sold a 64GB card on that listing before and they switched it to a โ1TBโ card after they got enough positive reviews. When the negative reviews roll in theyโll take this listing down and move it to another listing thatโs currently getting good reviews for some other product.
