Who would've thought the UN chief was also Hamas 😅
He's barred from entry to Israel <-- Not kidding.

I worry now though that Israel will take it out on the defenseless civilians in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, and Syria.
Daily massacres while you're distracted by pathetic debates between monstrous candidates:
"#Israel’s military bombed the #UN-operated al-Jaouni school in central #Gaza, killing at least 18 people. Witnesses say 'women and children were blown to pieces' in the assault.
Six of the victims were #UNRWA staff, including the manager of the shelter. The agency said it was the highest death toll for its staff in a single incident in the 11-month war."

"Israeli army kills American activist in occupied West Bank
26-year-old Aysenur Eygi was shot and killed by Israeli forces while attending a West Bank protest on Friday."

Not the first time that the beacon of democracy and western civilization in the Middle East kills an activist.
If you are a Canadian citizen, and #genocide is not in your moral code, then please support this campaign:
It looks like the COVID pandemic completely erased basic #metro etiquette in #Montreal. Now folks rush into the subway train cars before waiting for passengers to exit. Annoying!
This is the bomb that #Israel dropped on displaced Palestinians in #Gaza's #AlMawassi camp to allegedly kill one #Hamas leader (the real reason is to stall the #ceasefire negotiations). It ended up killing 90 people and maiming hundreds.

Israeli & American barbarism has no limits.
It's mind boggling why most Americans insist on electing foreign agents into powerful positions. Is it gullibility on the part of the average American voter? Or some form of identifying with #Israel, given the similar genocidal past of the #US?
Today #racism and #colonialism scored a victory in the US, thanks to #AIPAC. Chinese/Russian foreign interference pales in comparison to that of Israel. Yet the latter is welcomed by the establishment.
I am not surprised, but I am gutted.
You know what, I no longer have sympathy for the Israeli captives, aside from any children/teenagers among them. The rest were all active participants in the occupation in one way or another. They live on the ruins of Palestinian villages that were purged in 1948. They served in the Israeli army, which means that they participated in maintaining the apartheid and in the humiliation of Palestinians. They are the racist ones who eat popcorn while watching from Sderot the bombardment of Gaza.
"After Israel’s massacre in Nuseirat … when will the world see us?
"The most distressing aspect of a massacre may be its portrayal in the media. Images of liberated Israeli captives circulated, statements lauded Israel’s success in freeing four people – but what about the 274 people killed?"
I'm utterly disgusted. The racism and unwarranted arrogance of the West is off the charts. 🤮
Fucking #Israel committed another massacre in #Rafah in defiance of the #ICJ order.

At least 35 were murdered according to Al-Jazerra
It's interesting how #Blinken spins it by claiming that people are reacting emotionally to social media images instead of understanding the "context" and "history" when in fact it's him and his ilk that insist that history started on October 7th and dismiss the context of 76 years of brutal occupation. It's amazing how he lies non-stop effortlessly.
But it seems they're slowly realizing they lost the narrative.
Is there any precedent in history, of an empire willing to sacrifice everything for a remote state (or outpost) that no longer seems to serve its interests in any meaningful way.
I'm talking about a parallel to the #US / #Israel relationship that really seems so unique in how the small outpost grabs the much bigger beast by the balls (for lack of a better expression 😅).
Given #Google's unwavering support for #Israel and its genocidal apparatus, I am thinking of starting to transition out of its ecosystem.
It's gonna be challenging, primarily because I use an Android smartphone, and because I have been using a Gmail account for ages.
I welcome your tips!
Hello! 👋🏻
Is this post visible to you? 👀
Maybe not as bad, but then you have the Biden crowd chanting "4 more years" which is like chanting "we don't hear you".
In the best of cases, a pro-Biden would tell you that he's on it. That he's working his quiet magical secretive non-transparent diplomacy to solve the issue. You just have to blindly trust him.
Sadly, many buy that.

I guess what matters is what translates into pressure on Biden that he actually feels to change his course. So far I feel he's betting on people's fear of Trump. So I would rather Dems don't have blind spots.
@Mary625 @LALegault @BruceMirken @maggiejk
Yes I am not arguing against the blind spot thing. Just hoping they pay attention.
If he didn't have blind spots then I could only explain his position that he puts Israel ahead of his own interests or the interests of Americans.
"More than 50 former and current Labor MPs ... have signed a letter condemning Israel’s domination of Palestine and demanding Australia recognise Palestine as a state and examine its relationship with Israel."
“It is beyond dispute that Israel is committed to policies designed to entrench the domination of one people over another ... Attempts to deny this, or smear those who allege it, are an attempt to defy truth and reality"
From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!

Just someone trying to make sense of the world, and to find a place in it. Currently, I am making a stop in Montreal, Canada, for the foreseeable future. Here, I will mainly follow people who share similar humanitarian causes, and I will occasionally share my thoughts on related world events.
