@Polychrome @njion yeah battery life is not the greatest, I'm charging mine at least twice a day, and resistance can vary a lot, I don't see myself with this phone for more than two years, I already have some issues with it

@njion it's just fun tbh, it breaks with the boring design of everyday smartphones and has this retro touch

I have a z flip 4 and I prefer the smaller screen to the bigger one they have now, it's smol, it's cute and I'm just using it to check notifications or change my music, I don't want more.

Closing the screen feels good, it's cute when it's closed, it's also a good way to use your smartphone less, since you have to open it every time.

But ngl it's expensive for what it's worth

It's important to keep sharing things, even on a smaller populated place like fediverse where the bubble effect seems stronger.

From a BIPOC perspective, this place is very white centered and it's definitely not because of the bubble effect, but the bubble effect increases the feeling of BIPOC being mostly absent or invisible.

You know how you can fight the invisibilization of marginalized voices online? by sharing them.

It sounds obvious but trust me, the number of likes compared to the number of boosts on some posts prove that sharing is not important for some people.

Fuck your editorial line people are following you for. You think this is a bit too negative to share? Life is not easy and there are plenty of content with appropriate CW or joyful content to share, not everything has to be negative.

I don't blame you for sharing thoughts centered on being white and trans, you are white and trans so it's perfectly normal, whether your thoughts are universal or not

I blame you for not sharing BIPOC voices when you have the opportunity. To speak only of the trans experience on a global scale is to some extent to erase trans BIPOC voices, because our experiences will diverge at some point.

I blame you for keeping your space as white as possible and tackling only issues that matter to you.

So why are you not sharing BIPOC voices?

Maybe you don't follow enough BIPOC folks

Maybe you don't think it's relevant to share this to your white audience

Or Maybe BIPOC don't share their opinions on certain issues because we know few people care

And that's it. If you only knew how many times I've wanted to post on a topic before remembering this is the fediverse, people don't care, nothing will change, I'm just wasting my time
