@BeAware Some client apps already do quote posts, too. Works great in #TrunksApp (with the exception of quoted Threads posts).

@BeAware Gotcha... looks like RSS-Parrot feeds & federated Threads account also have the hidden account status. Bird.makeup accounts are in the open, though.

@BeAware The screenshot is my bridged BlueSky account, viewed in the Trunks app on Fedi. It's a usually-user-defined account privacy setting that's not readily changeable by me as a Fedi server admin.

@BeAware Heck, not only is it opt-in, but when you *do* opt in to BridgyFed, all of the discoverability stuff is apparently turned off.

@brzz @BeAware I actually did piles of side quests on my previous Skyrim attempts. Then came away feeling like I hadn't accomplished anything. Then I eventually finally did my mainline run-through.

Maybe that's the cycle of playing Bethesda games.

@BeAware I dunno.. I just want an *objective*. I have a list thousands of games long, and I want to check those games off my list.

If there's an actual narrative mission to the game outside of "number goes up", I might take a look.

When I saw credits rolls in Skyrim, I said: ✅ done. What's next. (Even though the game wants you to randomly keep doing random stuff after that point)

We're all weird in our own special weird ways. 😀

@BeAware The means to an end is my favorite part. I finally beat Skyrim recently and stuck to the main storyline, and felt pretty good about it.

Turns out I actually have 70 meandering hours of Fallout 4 playtime from when I played it on PS4. Time to mainline that next.

@BeAware @tony_394c6b6b I may jump in at some point. I'm mostly interested in the main quest(s). After that, I'll dip out -- not really interested in grind with no endpoint.

Is #Fallout76 worthwhile if you definitely will never pay the monthly subscription fee?

@BeAware Yep. Had to jump through some convoluted hoops to add the PS5 version to my library.

(copypaste of the instructions I gave elsewhere)

Pick the bottom "Game", and there will be an "Add to Library" option. Add it to your library, then you have access to download the PS5 version.

@BeAware That was just IGN talking out of their ass about a vague tweet from Bethesda several days ago.

I was just able to download the PS5 version (I have PS Plus Essentials, and got the game as part of the PS Collection when I bought my PS5).
