Who out there can give good tips as to how to best utilize the features of this universe? It’s strange and unwieldy to me. Thanks to those of you who’ve migrated here to follow me. As I said on Twitter, I’m not ceding that ground (yet) but I wanted to try cultivating a new spot here as well.

The CW feature here is just brilliant. I love it so much! It's a a simple stoke of genius and needs to be embraced more. I love it, and what it says about the culture here. It is both personal and considerate. Like a post-it note of care wrapped around your parcel of thought. Here, you can open this thing I have to share if you have spoons for it, otherwise no biggie! And if you open it, because you decided you wanted to, then it is a little gift for you because you wanted to see inside!

Transitioning from an environment with zero #creativefreedom in your translations to one where a good quality translation is prioritized has really made me realize how much rules made by monolinguals take away from the translated text and how much that stifles your growth and potential as a #translator AND a #writer.
