I was invited to keynote at an excellent conference in the US ... but I have turned it down:

Sorry, US folks, but without a functioning FAA ✈️ and a rampaging nazi in charge, I'll not traveling to the US any time soon 😢

Early research on AI technical debt (AITD) indicates that there is a growing need for DDD and Team Topologies techniques to untangle the systems and teams:

"Moreover, Jumbled Model Architecture and Pipeline Jungle are both reported as highly severe by most part of the participants"

We've seen this before with software application architecture. Now let's do AI architecture!

💡 Creating software does not NEED to be difficult, but it IS difficult when you do not consider:

* Social trust boundaries - team size
* Semantic boundaries - “fracture planes” / DDD
* Cognitive boundaries - team cognitive load and comprehensibility

And all these boundaries need to work well with a fast flow of value.

PSA: "It's hard to find women to speak at events in Tech" - this is pure bullshit 💩

It's hard to convince women to risk attending a mostly-male event when they cannot see your ally-ship, maybe. But there are plenty of smart, highly capable women in Tech that would significantly enhance your event by speaking there.

Build your network. Listen to women. Then get a 50:50 women:men organizing team. 🧑🤝🧑 Then listen some more.

Maybe then women will say "yes" to your event.
