Mug cakes are seriously underappreciated.
If you don't want commercially produced baked goods, and you don't want a cake for 12 hanging around the house, and you prefer to avoid sugar (decide on your own substitutions), what is better than 5 minutes to produce a warm chocolate fudgey cake.?
