Last RT - highly recommend They Thought They Were Free; one of the better books on the way fascism gets normalized in a larger society. With the caveat that it doesn't deal with the degree to which precursor ideas and ideology had laid the groundwork in German society for Nazism. Still, a great book. Well worth the 6 week wait I had to deal with to import it.

Our CURRENT plan is to create vast sacrifice zones full of carbon sinks and man, the people in those zones aren't gonna agree to just perish and those zones ain't gonna be "where white ppl live.")

I honestly don't think the term "ecofascist" has much value in our discourse. At the end of the day, even Hitler's inner circle featured several naturalists and the part where ecofascists argue that all the non-white people need to be wiped out to preserve resources for the pure Aryan race is mainstream Pig Empire environmental policy. Pretending "nazis who like camping" is a wholly functional ideology is giving them credit for something they don't represent.

I haven't been to a doctor and skipped a couple potential hospital visits since this went down because I'd rather take my chances in my living room than purposely go to a Covid factory while nobody, even the doctors, can be bothered to mask.

but RFK is just a fascist. Calling him an ecofascist sorta ignores the reality that he walked back every environmental position he ever hold and became a climate crisis denier in exchange for his role as Trump's lapdog.
