@nyanide@romin Putting the /notice/ links into the search bar has worked for a long time now. p had some trouble with them in bloat, but they should work.
They really are only a redirect, if you specify application/activity+json in the Accept header.
@nyanide They are all the same thread. You could have just scrolled through and look for my avatar :). It's just there for people that saw a reprööted OP and never decided to read the thread.
@mint@nyanide The newer develop versions seemed to be rather quicker from my testing, but custom themes declared in the wrong file broke some settings tabs, so I switched back.
I'm honestly one step away from install Bloat and patching it when I have the time.
@pernia@waifu@adachi Yes they did, because US jurisdiction has no power in LUX. DMCA doesn't apply there. But even that is changing with the Cloud act with the US, where companies operating in US also have to cooperate legally, if the "bad" location is outside of US. At least that's how a interpreted it.
@mint@pernia@waifu@adachi I don't care about either of those, I care about retards not trying to cause me trouble with unrelated stuff like FluffyTail and governments not going through my files, because some random angry retard tipped them of, or they got interested over my posts on here.
I avoided GDPR and the new Digital Services Act by hosting FluffyTail in the US.
@icedquinn@newt >we don't gotta do this fucking fascism-commie pendulum shit That's sadly how humanity functioned throughout history and the way we function to this day. There's no "center".
@newt@icedquinn The pendulum is swinging back again and it will hopefully continue. I'm preparing to emigrate depending on the next local government election anyway.
@icedquinn Personally, I'm not moving anywhere with the US nodes I have and with the LUX nodes it depends where they decide to move. Currently Switzerland is preferred over Netherlands, because a lot of people complained and if they go with Swiss hosting, I'm staying.
If they go to Netherlands, I'm going somewhere else (maybe the one or two hosting companies in Iceland). Hetzner, Contabo and OVH aren't good options for me.
>FOSSTard, GNUTard or in extreme cases a GNURetard, not to be confused with a FOSSoid, is an insufferable person whose most prominent identity is Free Software advocacy (#FOSS advocacy) done the wrong way. (...) >Instead of advocating for practical Free Software use, they support only 100% Free Software solutions while ignoring how broken and unusable they can be. Thus eliminating any potential new users of Free Software.
@waifu@Suiseiseki@munir@dj Tbh it's the perfect assignment for the bioluminescent kind. Devout FSF followers are one of the most gullible people I ever met or talked to. anime-feds-glow.jpg
