@ntnsndr reminds me of an old system (though more groupwork than class participation) developed at my institution but used less and less - https://sparkplus.com.au/using-sparkplus.php - from memory, a key component (picking up from Ostrom's commons management principles) was getting students to specify the participation criteria at the outset - like writing a constitution for the group
pluriversality, precisely as what resists mere pluralism (which is a notion dependent upon underlying universalism), is much harder to conceive than the popularity of superficial pluriverse talk suggests - you can't just design for the coexistence of incommensurables

It's been said many times before, but it is strikes me repeatedly that at the very moment in history that we most need vastly collective (across diverse lived experiences) action, we have created situations in which the last thing we seem capable of is collective (across diverse lived experiences) action.
Or rather, I get really frustrated that I was so naive as to have not noticed, for decades, just how incapable of collective (across diverse lived experiences) action we are.
I was kind of hoping that it was on the scale of a Badiou-ian if not Heideggerian Event that the Pope quoted Haraway but the moment seems to have passed without the least quake in the noosphere
nice to hear @mike_hales' critical voice in Morozov's Santiago Boys podcast - embarrassingly had not realised Gui Bonsieppe's role in it all https://the-santiago-boys.com/
