@puniko@mk.absturztau.be puni since I know you use S3 buckets on Misskey, have you ever seen uploads fail over to local storage? I have this issue on my instance where occasionally one of my bots will upload to local storage instead of S3 and it causes issues with a couple remote users that follow them. I'm wanting to track down the issue and nip it in the bud
