i vaguely remember a story about how Microsoft couldn't shut down Live for the original Xbox because some users refused to log out. does anyone else remember this?

it must have been an urban legend, right? surely Microsoft could just manually boot users? otherwise that seems like a huge oversight.

@NaClKnight voted controller. not opposed to keyboard when there's a reason to use them over a controller and have been boarding since childhood but controllers are more comfortable long-term.

having a hard time finding an accurate list of games released December 2000 - anyone know a resource?

it is annoying that i can't access stuff in my brain whenever i want. there is an ever-changing combination of glucose levels, lighting, external chemicals, ambiance, weird invisible waves, hormones, and who-knows-what-else that unlock certain brain doors. i want the skeleton key.

makes sense that the fault would lie with Wordpress, as they control the default widget and -- frankly -- don't have many options.

ultimately, i would need to upgrade my wordpress to enable a plugin, which i plan to do eventually -- just not right now.

Thanks. I think the problem is that Mastodon posts don't contian a "title" per se, so when you try to build an RSS feed with "http://mstdn.games/@buru5.rss" (for example) the result is (attached).

If you know a workaround for this, that would be great.

anyone know if it would be possible to add a mastodon widget to #wordpress via an RSS or somethin? ideally to the side bar of a wordpress site, like "here are the recent posts from this user on mastodon"
