But I'm 42 and I've only a few light gray hair for now, so it will take some time 😉

I've decided to let my hair progressively go gray/white. No dying. But I'm also taking care of it myself more than ever before. I use John Frieda products to get 2 shades lighter (it totally works and I'm so happy 😀) and I do Brazilian hair straightening once a year.

Personally I like this track. What matters to me is the music, not the person behind it. However I respect that people might have strong opinions against Charlie Puth, though I believe that the only way to express them is not listening to any versions of #LoseMyBreath #StrayKids

Wind was at 25-30 km/h. After 6 km I wanted to give up. At km 8 I was convinced I could get to 9 and then stop. Then it got weirdly easier because I thought that I could continue until 10 km and once at 10 I convinced myself that the 11 km I planned were attainable.

It was a fight against the wind and my mental will 😂.

There were tons of people and I had to slalom and preemptly visualize the change of direction to make my way through them.

On top of that my respiration is still stuffy, even if I feel good now, so I had to keep an easy pace even when the path was clear.

It's a sunny and warm day. The first one of the year I thought it would be good to have water with me.

Next time I'll wear my new #running belt with many large pockets!

I'm watching #kingdomlegendarywar with my kids. We're halfway through episode 7 and we all think #Mingi would have made the rap song way better. #Hoongjoong is ok, but the real rapper talent in Ateez is uncontestably Mingi.

Likewise I think when we get to the dance round, we'll terribly miss Hyunjin!
