The OLC's bottom line seems to be "Whether the ERA is part of the Constitution will be resolved not by an
OLC opinion but by the courts and Congress.".

Seeing a strange #Mastodon #bug here. When I'm slowly scrolling up a feed in the web UI, and I approach a toot with an embedded audio element (not quite on the screen yet), the scrolling feed will skip back a little bit, so that as I keep scrolling slowly, the toot never appears. If I scroll faster or otherwise jump to that location, it works fine. The toot itself behaves normally.

Not a big deal, obviously, but odd and a little inconvenient. Any insight? (chief @tek?)
