Need some music to listen to.

I’ve listened to the same King Diamond song 100s of times in the past month or so, and like a couple songs off another album, and it might be time to branch out.

Any genre is welcome, though songs under five minutes are preferred.

I can’t rehash everything in 500 chars, but:

It’s been 5 1/2 months since everything changed in a blink of an eye

Many things are better, some are worse

Ramblings from last fall turned out to be true. At some point in early April 2024, literally everything of my being got rearranged. Literal years of mostly manic episodes ceased immediately. And, the way I experience life changed in all ways as well

It has always been DID, Dissociative Identity Disorder. That is the true name of the beast

As mentioned in the previous post from last week, I’m packing up shop.

If I’m reading receipts correctly, my service charges bill again around the 28th, so I’ll deactivate and decommission this instance probably on the 25th or so.

I do not understand social media to begin with, and the challenge of reconciling the past here and also protecting against triggers going forward really don’t give much of any meaningful way for me to keep going.

I don’t think the system is going to fragment further but the mental agony is unbearable, so I’ve checked out at best I can.

Verbally communicating has become very difficult as the result of the TDs. I’ve been taken off the med that is thought to have done this and am in therapy as much as I am able right now to try and cope while we wait and see whether this is permanent.

I’m in free fall and went dark.

I developed tardive dyskinesia of my face, lips, tongue, and jaw over the weekend and am in all but complete dissociation.

Slept for an hour and things feel less fucked up (subject to change)

I should try and sleep.

I can dwell on the past and the time me and mine lost.

Or, I can take steps now to ensure the health of our future.

I don’t know if I’ll get what I need in session later today. But I know that we must try.

And showing up for the game dragging ass won’t cut it.
