There is potentially some good news if we can chase it.

Apparently the combination of OCD + bipolar requires a different regimen of medicine than traditionally used.

I’m going to talk with my psych to see if he can read up on this, as it explains the extreme length of the episodes and severity based on my limited understanding of the literature. But I didn’t even know to raise the OCD issue as it’s generally under control, but the intersection still sucks.

I haven’t picked up a guitar in weeks. I shake so bad from all the psych meds I’m now on that it’d break my heart and spirit to try and pick a guitar up only to not be able to play.

So I don’t.

I will be performing two (different) 90-minute live sets on BandCamp Friday, February 2nd, to raise funds for a charity that my dying friend has asked me to organize for.

The charity is One Voice Chorus of Calgary, Alberta, Canada - an LGBT choir.
