I have literally 30 health items in my inventory in #SilentHill2. I’m basically carrying around an entire pharmacy. I can take on like five Pyramid Heads at this point.
I finished the story campaign for #CallOfDuty Black Ops Cold War ahead of #BlackOps6 releasing this week. I don’t think I’ve played a COD campaign in a long time but Cold War was actually pretty good. There were some cool missions and they did some interesting stuff with side levels and finding collectibles.
Rest in Power to Paul Di'Anno. His voice on the first two Iron Maiden albums was perfect for the band's songs and energy. Both those albums are still amazing today and influenced so many people. His impact changed music and metal forever.
Congrats to the Motor City Machine Guns for making their #WWE debut tonight on #Smackdown. Both Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley are awesome and have been for years. They’ve always been one of the best teams out there. It’s great that they’re now getting a bigger platform that they deserve.
#Testament, #Kreator and #Possessed came through #Chicago a few weeks ago on the Klash of the Titans tour with intense performances that night. Check out my write-up on the show with videos and a full photo gallery of all the bands:
Game Changer Wrestling put on a great show in #Chicago a couple months ago for its Live Fast, Die Young event. Check out my live impressions and full photo gallery of the show:
Congrats to #AEW on their new deal with WBD. It’s awesome that the weekly shows with stream live on Max. The fifth anniversay of #Dynamite is this week too. The past five years have been great for wrestling because of AEW and the company has proven to be a huge success that will continue to be around a long time.
I read the first issue of the new Uncanny X-Men by Gail Simone and David Marquez. I liked it a lot. The art by Marquez is awesome. I'm going to stick with the series.
Negative Approach played in #Chicago for three shows in the city with #HighOnFire this past weekend. Check them out playing several songs last Sunday night:
More videos of High on Fire and the other bands from the show are available on my YouTube channel:
Final Fantasy 8 released 25 years ago (9/09/1999) in North America on the #PS1. I didn’t play FF8 until a few years later but it was a really good game. It kinda now feels like an underrated game all these years later.
