Mike Bailey is headed to #AEW, per Fightful. That’s awesome news. He’s one of my favorite guys. He’s been incredible every time I’ve seen him live. Super cool, super talented. It’s great he’s now getting a bigger platform in AEW.

@gary_bbgames I've been playing since the original Xbox. 360 was the peak. They never were the same since then. It's pretty obvious they're going fully software/3rd party in the near future. They can't compete on hardware because of the last decade-plus of bad leadership/lack of games. This gen has been a disaster for them too. I have a Series X but don't want to invest anymore in the ecosystem. Have fun with the PS5 Pro! I bet the games will look great.

The new "This is an #Xbox" marketing campaign just shows how totally dead the Xbox home console is with no chance of recovery. The brand is damaged goods and this new marketing just waters it down even more. Not sure how that messaging helps sell the new models of Series X|S consoles that just released.

Pretty cool that Tim Robinson wore a shirt featuring John Brannon of Negative Approach on the first episode in season 2 of Detroiters.

#AEW is advertising for tonight's #AEWDynamite that Jon Moxley "seizes the SuperStation" on TBS, which sounds like a '90s WCW angle done to death but worse since everyone knows it's happening ahead of time. It would be way better if Mox "seizes a podcast recording room" of some anti-AEW grifters. That would actually be really entertaining.

#AEW has been pretty hard to watch lately. There's not much interesting creative stuff going on. The empty arenas, low attendance and poor crowd responses makes the shows/matches a slog to get through. It's impossible to ignore now. The main story with Moxley and the BCC takeover is really lame. Nobody feels important on the shows and they're not making any new major stars either. It feels like the company has nosedived since earlier this year. Huge difference from just a few years ago.

The cool thing about #Pokemon TCG Pocket is how it quickly scratches that itch to open a new pack and get some cards without any of the baggage like boxes of duplicates and all your money/time gone chasing rares or new releases.

Love that Kevin Nash played the dad of Tim Robinson’s character on Detroiters. Wasn’t expecting Nash to be on this show but as a wrestling fan it’s awesome. Nash nailed his appearance.

Americans elected an unhinged, criminal fascist for president again after already living through his daily insanity for the last eight years. They knowingly and happily voted for the upcoming dictatorship run by lunatics with no more guardrails. The cost of living and just about everything else will get much worse for untold millions of people, not better. It's a complete denial of truth and reality. I read the #Marvel five issue, limited series Blood Hunt by Jed MacKay with art from Pepe Larraz that came out earlier this year. I didn't read the crossover issues because there were way too many. Blood Hunt is a really cool event. The art by Larraz is sick and the story is really good. Definitely worth checking out.

I finished the limited series Ultimate Invasion by Jonathan Hickman. I pulled all four issues last year when they came out but just read them now. The art from Bryan Hitch was fantastic. The story was kind of confusing. I'm definitely missing some comic history and have a knowledge gap because a lot went over my head. Still a good read though.

Best wishes to Chris Bey who was injured at the recent TNA tapings and immediately needed surgery for what sounds like a neck injury. Hoping for the best for him and that he makes a full and fast recovery.

Played through the first few campaign missions in #BlackOps6. So far it’s pretty good but at a much slower pace with more stealth stuff. Got into the multiplayer a bit too and I like it a lot. It feels a lot better/faster than I remember.

I finished the #SilentHill2 Remake and got the “Leave” ending. Never played any version of SH2 before but it was a crazy experience. The game is incredible. I think it’s now one of my all-time favorite games and will probably be my game of the year too.
