@thomasfuchs I think you've nailed this. I don't know if it will actually work either, but defaulting to a server is the best idea I've heard so far.

This whole debate is giving me vibes like, "Linux on the desktop is awesome, and if you don't like the distro you can install 100 others--just pick any one you want to start." You get the enthusiasts, but it's not how you get to mass adoption.

I just looked and I'm no longer Blue-Check Verified on Twitter. I'm still Certified Pre-Owned, I think.

@48kRAM @sanxion I almost didn't retweet it just in case it's a cash grab and not a real product. I am sincerely hoping it is real. I've wanted one ever since The C64 ("Maxi") arrived!
