YouTube as a platform has been horrible for a while, with mass purges and content hiding being nothing new. But with the YouTube Android client update from a few weeks ago, it's now a horrible product. They used to have basic queuing when casting to a TV. Now there's no way to queue videos from your notifications.

It's like they want to force-feed you videos THEY want you to see, and make it hard for you to watch what YOU want to see!

Exactly - it's not like those posts are going away, even if the server does. I personally don't care that NAS shut down since I run my own instance, but it's got a lot of people miffed.

That said, it'll be interesting to see what happens to podcasting 2.0 when the campaign manager finds all the heinous stuff they're indexing 🤣
