@thomasfuchs sooo miss old computer magazines. ive got fond memories of typing in listings by hand from Family Computing
How about we cut military funding and rely on thoughts and prayers for national security?
@buttondown 100% - please do
@buttondown heya - im logged in and trying to get support, but for the life of me, i see no link for support. i know its there as ive used it before, but maybe it can be easier to find?
also, how do i file a support request :>
@buttondown thank u - I know of like one other service doing this and it is so dang helpful
Smart JS folks - this is why I can't pass the Google hiring test:
Given 2 to 3 arrays (it will either be 2 or 3, it can change), how would you return an array that only contains items in ALL the arrays.
Every solution I have found only seems to work w/ an array of simple values. I have an array of objects with a primary key, id.
@aral my list of stuff i want to play with is huge so it wont be soon - but may move it up :>
(randomly, we literally got a new kitten today, will share pics later)
@aral this is a good reminder i need to make time for Kitten. The name itself is enough...
@aral we need a whole web conf that is only weird shit like this ;)
Unless I'm misusing it, node --watch-path foo.html --watch server.js will *not* properly restart a HTTP server running via server. js when foo.html is edited. That seems to completely break the feature. :\
@aral muchas gracias!
@aral ah... so we dont need the as X part as default is... well default.
right thinking there?
@aral it worked, thats all i know :)
went with: import { default as ind } from 'indefinite';
and ind(...) works fine.
@aral i used @sirlan's example - worked great :)
Imports question. I'm using a library (https://www.npmjs.com/package/indefinite) where I can do this:
import * as indefinite from 'indefinite';
console.log(indefinite.default('apple'));
The default part 'feels' wrong to me. Is there a better way to import that?
It works though so... deal with it?

Pretty interesting tool.
I'm "The app change its shortcut icon and now I can't find it anymore" years old.
@thomasfuchs quick bug report - on the pride theme you can't see the labels on the drop down until they are selected
